Booking the appropriate time slot!

Whichever appointment time you end up booking, please do keep in mind that from start to finish (from intake questions/updates to changing/getting settled in) is relegated within that time slot.
Please book a time slot that fits your needs, which allows sufficient time for everything in between!

If you do end up being late for your appointment

We will do our absolute best to fulfill your selected treatment time, but if it’s not possible, we will need to cut into your treatment time to be fair
to our patients subsequently booked right after you, as we aren’t able to cut into their treatment. Thank you kindly for your understanding!

Direct Billing & Forms of Payment

Our sincerest apologies are extended to our esteemed patients - We currently don’t offer direct billing at the moment
except for Blue Cross/ASEBP for Acupuncture, but will have access to more in the future!
We accept many forms of payment (all major credit cards and debit cards), and an official receipt will be issued for self-submission!


Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Policy:  When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of each other's time and livelihood, please contact us as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment. All appointments rescheduled within the cancellation period to a later time in the week, no charges will be implemented! A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 36 hours (the whole business day before) the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without canceling. In which case, we will charge you a no-show fee for the full amount of service. Exceptions can be made, but please avoid doing so if not absolutely necessary; Thank you for your understanding!
