Course of treatment

As you’ve probably noted already, determining a course of treatment is individually based. If it’s your first visit, the initial consultation is very important to differentiate and create a treatment plan catered to you as an individual. These treatments aren’t meant to be forever, but in some cases take time to chip away at. In doing so, we need to plan long term, so we can figure out a way to give you the most effective treatment, at the time and resources we have invested; everything has to be sustainable.

ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture New Patient Initial Consultation + 1 hr Treatment Session — $150

The primary purpose of your first visit is to assess your health and medical history and discuss how acupuncture can best support you. A treatment plan will be formulated to properly address your individual needs and concerns. This typically takes 30 minutes to complete, and is followed up by a 1-hour treatment session to ease into things!

Treatment sessions generally include one or more of the following in addition to acupuncture: nutritional and lifestyle guidance, cupping, electro-acupuncture, auricular therapy, Guasha, heat therapy, tui na (Chinese bodywork).

Acupuncture 45 Min Follow up session — $80

This is a perfect spot for those who aren't looking to take up too much time, have a simple chief complaint (one area of concern), and allow for a quick and effective Treatment!

Ideally, this would work well for those who are wanting to address their Stress management, Anxiety, or Emotional concerns - looking for a quick relaxing treatment or those who are looking to get one area of injury (musculoskeletal Injuries - MSK) covered effectively!

This is also perfect for those who'd like to extend their hard-earned benefits at a good pace!

Acupuncture 1 hr Follow up — $100

Service Standard for Follow-ups!

Recommended for more complex health/musculoskeletal concerns or you desire longer relaxation time for stress reduction.

Time is taken to assess your ongoing process and address any of your concerns. This would either allow for a full 1-hour treatment towards your chief complaint or 45 minutes of Needling + 15 minutes of Heat and Cupping Therapy.

Or this Treatment can be divided up
30 minutes for the front, and 30 minutes for the back treatment but with reduced efficacy vs treating one side at a time.

Acupuncture Extended 90 Min Follow up — $150

An extended follow-up session vs the normal 1hr treatment. Perfect for those with multiple chief complaints, looking for a front and back treatment with optimized results!

Acupuncture Extended 120 min Follow up — $190

An extended follow-up session vs the Normal 1hr treatment. Perfect for those with multiple chief complaints, looking for a front and back treatment; and for those who can't come in as often as they like.

This time slot allows me to do 1hr Front Treatment, and another hour for Back Treatment - given that your chief complaints are relegated to those areas.

Please note, you will be extremely tired/drained after this session! Do make time for your body to rest.

Note: For this Service, as it is an extended session, please take the time to confirm with your Benefits/Insurance company that they do cover this amount of time in one sitting. Some plans only cover a certain percentage based on average treatment (ie. 1hr Follow Up sessions at $95), and sometimes do not extend beyond that.

Unfortunately, due to privacy, we aren't able to call in and check on your behalf to find out whether or not your plan covers as such.

FAST-PACED | IN-N-OUT

Quick Active Release Treatment (20 min) — $55

If this is your first visit with me, please select the option - Initial Consultation + Treatment for First Time Visit! This allows me time to explain to you what to expect, course of treatment and a proper history/intake!

This is designed for those who have a singular area of concern - Tight muscles, aches, and pain. Commonly used for Frozen Shoulder, reduced Range of Motion (Active or Passive), for those looking for a quick release due to hypertensive/contracted muscles.

If the area of concern is a fast release (in and out), the rest of the treatment would be used for IR Heat & Cupping.

This Modality does not contain the use of Class 3B Laser or any additional Topical Herbs - for Analgesic/Muscle relaxing qualities, please select IR Heat, Laser and Cupping Follow up if that's the case!

NON-NEEDLING MODALITIES

Initial Consultation + Infrared Heat, Moxa and Cupping Session (30 Min) — $85

The Initial Consultation is only needed if this is your first visit with me! This would solely be Infrared Heat, Moxa, and Cupping modalities; No Acupuncture Needling or Laser.

If you're looking to just keep things quick and simple, this is perfect for those who are experiencing muscle stiffness/soreness, pain & aches, chills, and/or looking for sports recovery.
Typical candidates: Patients with Sore/stiff Neck and back, limbs and extremities; workout soreness or performance enhancements with nutrient-rich blood circulation; those who are constantly cold with poor circulation; Those who are always hot and experiencing inflammation; those who are experiencing Flu/Common Cold - This can help promote faster recovery, or even kick it out before it even starts.

Using Topical Warming herbs, Infrared Light Therapy, and TCM Cupping Techniques, it is simple and effective!

Infrared Heat, Moxa and Cupping Session (30 Min) — $60

If you're looking to just keep things quick and simple, this is perfect for those who are experiencing muscle stiffness/soreness, pain & aches, chills, and/or looking for sports recovery.

If you have Musculoskeletal Injuries (MSK), the Heat along with Cupping can do wonders!

Laser Acupuncture, Infrared Heat, Moxa and Cupping (60 Min) — $130

Nullifies pain and promotes healing without the use of needles. Typically for more mild-severe cases in correlation with the extended time on one area of concern or a couple of general mild areas of concern.

Perfect for those who aren't keen on needles, or those who have neurological symptoms!
